Suggestions for using Adobe Connect:
- Verify your computer meets the system requirements which include a broadband internet connection.
- Before starting a module for the first time, use the Adobe site to test your connection.
- Make sure the output volume on your audio is not muted.
- Many problems are resolved by installing the latest version of Flash.
